Wednesday, February 17, 2021 - I agreed with another note that this was more advanced than expected. Upon pouring the color concerned me, as it looked like a badly pox'd burg - started a little funky too... half hour later it fleshed out amazingly. Round orchard fruits, slippery mouthfeel and a bit of florals. Very enjoyable - could use more acids to balance, but this was a very nice showing - though the advanced state is cause for concern.
