Saturday, February 27, 2021 - 13.5% - Slightly hazy, med to deep ruby / clean, pronounced intensity - mixture of red and black berry fruits, earthy & animal (leathery), mineral edge, gentle touch of green bellpepper, smoky / dry, med+ acidity, med fine grained tannin, med body, med to pronounced intensity with a persistent finish. Stunned by the depth of this bottle and surprisingly open at this stage!
