Thursday, April 15, 2021 - Interesting wine, obscure in the sense that not much rose is made from Canaiuolo grape which is a old school blendingpartner for softening and texture with sangiovese in Tuscany.

Primary fruit only recuded peach, mirepoix and liqourixe
Strong Secundary notes like most of her wines : yoghurt, lees and onion skin. This makes the wine quite savory and rich. Lacks the bright acidity like earlier vintages.
