Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Excellent wine. Coravined a glass—that’s all I can drink at a time. Cherry bomb on the nose after half an hour. Took a sip at an hour or so, and it was all fresh plum. After two hours, tar, licorice and spice predominated. Long finish with lingering , fruity chewyness. It’s not the kind of profound wine to make you ponder the meaning of life; it just gives you a jolly time. Great QPR, too.
