Thursday, June 10, 2021 - Fevre Chablis Blind Tasting (Oceanaire, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass blind over an hour. Flighted blind with '18 AOC, '02 Les Clos, & '18 Les Clos. Pretty shut down to start. This feels pretty young. White citrus, saline, long and rather brisk, ocean minerality. This got better in glass too and was my 2nd ranked of the flight. On reveal, not surprising, needs some time to settle down and show its stuff. 92(+)pts.
