Nice youthful brilliant though lightly pigmented yellow - clear - clean ready nose of seafloor and golden delicious and tart green grannies too. Flavor profile as on display in aromas - concentration medium light. Lively balanced tartness on palate leaving no mucous membrane assault in its wake - rather gulpable with roast chicken - bottle must of had a hole in the bottom it emptied so fast.

Quite nice and well made, but no as impressive as some of the comments on CT make it seem. Very fresh, bright, focused. Light citrus notes, green apple, tarragon , thyme. A good level of acidity provides structure. I found that the taste was fuller and more pronounced at a somewhat warmer temperature than what is normally recommended for white wine.

Remains incredibly fresh. This was my last bottle and I wish I had kept it longer to see its development. Nevertheless I thought my previous experience was better (see note)

This was incredibly tasty and drinking exactly where I love white burgundy - not too honeyed, but starting there, but with fantastic minerality and acidity.

Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent pale gold-grey -subtle ocean breeze lemon citrus -med acidity, med weight soft-textured dense almost monolithic saline stony lemon with a dusting of brown spice on the finish -good MdT typicity and very young, this has a dense sappy core wrapped in a lush Chablis fruit blanket and sprinkled with a dusting of acidity to keep it just lively enough, this bottle seems less evolved than the last and suggests it will improve over the next several years

Pnp. First of my 2017 Fevre MdT, and this is exactly how I like them. Very pale yellow in the glass. Great freshness without being particulary acidic, nice minerality, a bit of tension but I have had tighter and tenser Chablis so really good to go in my eyes. Worked very well as usual with Sushi at home.

Fevre Chablis Blind Tasting (Oceanaire, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass blind over an hour. Flighted blind with '18 AOC, '02 Les Clos, & '18 Les Clos. Pretty shut down to start. This feels pretty young. White citrus, saline, long and rather brisk, ocean minerality. This got better in glass too and was my 2nd ranked of the flight. On reveal, not surprising, needs some time to settle down and show its stuff. 92(+)pts.

Tasted blind tonight along w/ 11 other mostly Ler & Grand Cru Fevres from mostly '14,17 & 18 vintages. Drank in my shallow round bowl Riedel Montrachet knockoffs. Still taut but showing improvement since my 1st 18 mos ago. Pale green gold color. Sea shore aromatics. Concentrated, intense and nervy. Mineral infused citrus, stone fruit & salinity. Everyone knew the wines to be tasted but flt sequences were mixed up & served blind by our waiter. I love MdT and wait 3yrs now to open the next.

Lots of briny character mixed with lemon peel and flesh aromatically. Mineral driven palate. That same oyster shell and lemon combo. Very long finish with lots of energy.

On the nose, I found white floral aromas, fresh lime, and a bit of wet stone. On the palate, the wine was a bit more closed off, and was nicely concentrated but came across as a bit fat in texture through the mid palate. Towards the finish, the wine showed more freshness, with high acidity and minerality, with a crisp, citrus and saline finish. A nice Chablis for the price point.

From Enomatic at Hedonism. I liked but didn't love this. It's certainly got a fair bit of chablis quality to it with the citrus and salinity, but at the same time it feels a little fatter and richer and a little more like a Côte de Beaune than it ought to. It's quite wound up right now and shows a fair bit of minerality, but there is also some phenolic bitterness on the finish that troubles me a little bit. I wish this was somewhat lighter and racier, perhaps...?

Not my btl and a great opportunity to get a read on where this is at. I have 3 of my own and Ill wait a year plus. Right now, taut with lemony citrus, salinity and minerality. Sounds perfect but right. I think it needs a year or so to unwind a bit. A bit youthfully tight and structured. Should be a blast about 3 years out and easily go the distance.

A pure and fresh nose of iodine, mint and citrus. It is direct and detailed, yet rich and voluminous. Flavours are deep and underpinned by grapefruit-like acidity. It has excellent cut and length is outstanding.

2017 Bouchard and William Fevres (chicago, IL): This is deep and poised, showing off its quality with mineral-driven tones of crushed rocks, saline, green apples, pears, lemon peels, white fruits, peaches, acacia flowers, and saline. This is a real joy to smell as it's so much of what I love about Chablis. The Medium bodied feel is deep and polished with mouthwatering, high acidity. There is excellent depth even at this youthful stage while having a great level of refinement and poise. What is there now is really good, it still is clearly young and can develop further.
