Wednesday, June 2, 2021 - First Wednesday Wine Club (Napoli in Bocca, Haberfield): Served blind.
Polished oak and cherry, butter, cream, quite cherry rip on the nose with a touch of coconut here as well. More of the same on the palate with a savoury component, tannins are chalky and grippy, drying through the flavours persist. It's a bit too much good quality oak for the fruit for me.
I recognised this as mine.
