Thursday, July 15, 2021 - holy crap.. what a freaking joy this is,..
dark ruby/purple with a clarity that is beautiful in the glass.
nose: cherry pie baking spices, cinnamon? buttered warm pie crust. and a touch of minerality.
palate. rich but acidic. .incredibly balanced. hint of earth. little to no tannins. Beautifully mouthwatering.. ripe red fruit to start. finish is long..and i mean long...
constantly evolving.. this is a superstar.. 97 may be too low.. top 5 zin lifetime.. top 10 wine lifetime.. if you can find it.... BUY IT!
