Revisiting this champagne after holding off for 18 months since last bottle.
This is becoming more and more a mini-selosse. Nose, although still young and discreet, has a nice spicyness and sweet acacia honey tones as well as a slight cheesy note. The Selosse influence is most obvious on the palate. Wine has almost perfect balance. My only complaint would be that I'm missing a little volume in the wine. Easy 93+ points.
