Thursday, August 12, 2021 - Dried cherry, cigar box, spice and a rustic woody quality in the nose.
Palate is medium weight with medium+ tannin and medium acidity. There is still some life left here but I’m not sure the tannins will resolve before the fruit fades. Drink now.
