Sunday, August 22, 2021 - Even if I wrote „give it another 3-5 years“ I couldn‘t resist temptation and opened another bottle. Beautifully pure, layered and pretty complex even if still young, after 2 hours of decanting it is showing beautiful notes of black cherries, blackberries, raspberries, some dark mineral notes, dark chocolate, candied dark flowers, some sweet spices too, also some animalic notes. It‘s medium-full bodied, with excellent persistence, it has pretty high acidity providing a lot of freshness to the big frame, also some medium-high but extremely polished tannin. Long finish with layers over layers of fruit. Lot of potential here. (95+)
