Wednesday, August 25, 2021 - Really lively at 12 years old! Dense and firm. Certainly built for long term cellaring. Complex and charming on the nose. Great tannin structure. Well defined flavours on the palate with dark fruits, cola, caramel, vanilla pod and dark chocolate. American oak is still quite present at the moment with some velvety texture. Lingering long finish. Would easily last for another decade!
