Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Bright ruby red colour. Soft and subdued nose with a slight green character on the nose. Great fruit with perfect body and mouthfeel - round, soft and smooth finishing with a mellow, silky dry finish. Great match with slow-cooked beef ribs.
