Wednesday, September 8, 2021 - Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): For many this was a favorite wine in the tasting and certainly it could be the inbetween of my favorites (the '18 and '19). It's again got a bit of that lightness and delicate style of the '19 with just a bit more power. The piece that gave me pause is the finish is a quicker here. Red fruits. A bit less ripe. Bright. Will be interesting to see how it goes with time. 77% CS, 17% Merlot, 6% CF
