Friday, September 17, 2021 - deep garnet, showing some age now
Pronounced aromas
Red fruits plum, cherry
Oak
SPice - pepper
Dry, med+acid, med-smooth tannin, hi alc, med body, med+ length.
Very smooth and with some great freshness still form the acid, tannins hold everything together
Fruit seems to be fading
