Tuesday, November 9, 2021 - A bigger, darker and denser wine than the ‘08 Santenots with its somber profile of Beaune sauvage, incense and meat juices with a dark chocolate note, most likely from the oak maturation. A bit drying with less than fine tannins but really calls for the classic Burgundian dishes today. Gratifying and impactful in this stage in evolution.
