Saturday, November 20, 2021 - My btl tonight at Big Al' & Janelle's epic Spain inspired dinner. Felt like we dinned in Seville :) This was quicker off the starting line tonight the 168. Youthfully energized & coiled but also showing striking depth and elegance already. Credit Krug with their remarkable ability to blend vintages & grapes for a signature style without sacrificing site, fruit & vintage transparency. A kaleidoscopic range of bright & lively citrus, stone fruit, hints of tropical, brioche, almond, riding on driving acidity & minerality. Personally, I'm loving this.... now! Going to be tough not to open my remaining 3 before 2023 :)
