Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Grand Cru Chardonnay (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney): Aromas of stone fruit, citrus, struck match, cheesy, polished oak; sweet spice. With time an almost candy floss. Fresh acidity, the oak is a little dominant at the moment, time required to let the fruit show (peaches especially) but this is, for me, pretty unapproachable and disjointed at the moment.
