Tuesday, December 21, 2021 - Tasted from half bottle. Rather pale yellow. Very dry with a dominant citrus acidity of lemon. Balanced by green apples and pinepple notes. Minerality but less specific notes discernable.
Not super complex but v balanced and together. Very drinkable and paired wonderfully with an Indian curry.
