Friday, February 25, 2022 - Ruby red, bright with hint of brown from oak (50/50 french/US) Visibly strong and syrupy at 14%. Deep red fruits and gentle spice on the nose. Strong yet balanced mouth, with fine tannins. Good balance of dark cherry fruit and oaky vanilla with a very good length and spicy finish. Black Forest gateaux/cherry chocolate liqueur feel. This is one smooth, balanced drink.
