Thursday, December 16, 2021 - attractive medium red color, beautifully textured nose of evenly aligned dried leaves, wonderfully precise, dried berries, on the palate a perfectly mature and cuddly cherry fruit core surrounded by racy tea and dried leaf textures, good fragrant finish, plums with time, just starting to pass its best but still in a great place, carpe diem.
