Likes this wine:

Saturday, March 5, 2022 - Pale straw color in the glass. Sharp scents of petrichor and petrol upfront with the faintest hint of lemongrass in the background.
Soft and medium bodied juice with a great balance of acid which brings about a nice round mouth feel.
On the palate, apple skins, mineral and lemon all meld together with incredible balance and a lengthy finish.
A fantastic Spätlese from 2008 that is showing very well now and in no danger of slowing down anytime soon.
Drink now and hold years yet.

    3/25/2022 4:45:00 PM - mphatic- It was a few weeks ago, but as I recall, it absolutely grew more pronounced with both time and temperature.
