Wednesday, May 4, 2022 - Green apple and pear with a good splash of citrus juice. Fine layers of brioche and a whiff of smoke. Drinks fresh thanks to fine acidity with a bit of creaminess to it as well. A great, early drinking DP although lacking the complexity and depth of better vintages.
