Wednesday, June 1, 2022 - Pale golden yellow in color with a very fine & constant perlage. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, stone fruits & citrus notes of lemons/limes with overtones of floral & yeasty notes, almonds & secondary notes of chalky, minerals & wet stones. Medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, stone fruits & citrus notes of lemons/limes with yeasty/toasty, stony & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present although should develop further with additional aging if cellared properly.
