Sunday, July 17, 2022 - Amazing as before, really evolves over a few hours! I love pairing with a fresh salad of crisp heirloom tomato, lemon olive oil, light balsamic vinegar, and shichimi togarashi. Brings out the smoky lime character of this wine, which is fabulous.
