Had with sauted italian herb chicken, air fryer roasted potatos and fresh green beans from the garden.

14%, dark yellow in the glass. Muted pineapple, vanilla citrus on the nose. similar on the palate with added lemon curd and golden apple. Medium acid, roundish mouthfeel, but still comes across crisp. Some citrus pithe on the finish.

Good down the middle RRV profile that could be a crowd pleaser as well. I liked this at this price point. $35 on sale. This is the first Walter Hansel I have had, no compliants.

I bet this will be even better tomorrow.
