Thursday, July 14, 2022 - This was a part of 1997 and 1999 Tuscan tasting including 3 Brunellos and 2 Super Tuscans, same producers from each year. The wine is fully mature but not in a decline. Sweet red fruit on the nose and palate, intense flavours and show good structure ; tannins are resolved, The nose shows some, wood and leather, quite complex. The finish moderately long. Time to drink up. I do not think this is getting any better .
