Tuesday, August 2, 2022 - One hour decant. Very very deep magenta color. Blackberry, black cherry, chocolate malt, orange rind, and wild strawberry on the nose. Dry, plush palate, with fine, prickly acidity and a note of coriander. Full, round tannins on the longish finish.

For whatever reason, I thoroughly enjoyed this Cabernet last night. It’s not overly complex, but it’s beautifully built and integrated.
