Sunday, August 21, 2022 - Med+ to deep ruby. Med+ to pronounced aromas of black plum, ripe red cherry, vanilla, milk chocolate and sweet baking spices from 16 mos. in French and American oak. Dry but quite fruit-forward, with med acidity, med tannins and high alcohol. Very enjoyable, full-bodied, rich, New World style Grenache. It was an excellent accompaniment to a wide variety of savory and spicy tapas and Cajun cuisine. Drinking well now and not likely to improve with further aging.
