Saturday, May 14, 2011 - Serious oak - lacking the ripeness. Nice woody fruity nose - acid at first on the palette - standard black currant but not much finish and a lot of tannin. Can't replace the lack of ripeness. Riding laurel's if you ask me. Decanted 2 hours. The nose was the best part.
