Saturday, August 6, 2016 - Great colour and appearance. Deep golden yellow. Got me going for sure. First sip was rather tight and linear. 1+ hour decant did the wine well. Nice development showing. Quite rich. Great fruit. Ripe lemon and apples, orange peel, some crushed stones and citrus seeds and hint of nuts. Some weight on the palace was a definite plus. Good acidity. Medium plus finish. Room for further developments. Great pairing with sushi. 91 for now. Next bottle in 2 years time.
