Saturday, January 12, 2019 - Half bottle off the Single Thread list. Beautifully balanced wine, with some deeper red fruits like just ripe strawberry and also some blood orange. But a delicious savory element too which meant that this wine paired perfectly with our appetizers of sushi and duck. Lots of depth and persistence.
