Monday, January 12, 2015 - CC's 44th.....Gang's all here.....
Clean, clear, golden peach hue
Brioche, grapefruit, hint of lime off the nose
Subtle acidity, full body-round, rich, creamy, mousse, some nuttiness
Medium (+) finish, minerality is there, lots of finesse
It's drinking well now; not sure if it will get much better....
