Sunday, July 24, 2011 - 1 hour decant for half the bottle then the other half the next day.
Day 1 - The flavors of blackberries, cassis, vanilla and the signiture blueberry seem to find your nose no matter how far you are away from the glass. Nice finish.
Day 2 - Still getting the blackberries and vanilla along with some tobacco notes. The wine has gained some weight and the finish has added a little lenght.
