Saturday, November 29, 2014 - HWS Game dinner 2014: This wine could be mistaken for a German Riesling with some more age on it. (And that is a compliment.) Beautiful and elegant bouquet with some petrol and minerals. Same on the palate. Slightly mature and refined wine.
