Saturday, December 22, 2007 - An easy afternoon with close friends (@ PdV): Butter, pepper, metal and paprika in the bouquet. Pepper also in the taste, as well as unripe cherries and cassis. Juicy. Firm tannin which is a bit drying at first. After decanting and several hours of air the wine gained and was much more complex. Good oak.
