Thursday, February 14, 2013 - Really surprising evolution: super exciting like a desert cactus poke out of the gate, then disappointing soon thereafter on the first night. So much so that we corked (and inert gassed) it. four nights later, wow! Fruit still exciting but more comnplex. Deep but lively with dark espresso notes.
