Monday, September 3, 2012 - Weekly tasting group #041; Italy: Piedmont, white and red. (@ EvA): Fairly light carmine red. Some earthiness and mint. Pleasant acidity and firm tannin which is a bit drying. Good length. Is still a bit locked and needs a few more years of ageing. Until 2016? 89+
