Wednesday, August 29, 2018 - Burgs at Spoon (Spoon & Stable, Mpls, MN): Medium dark red color. Slow-O for an hour plus; drank a couple glasses over 90 minutes. Showing very well again, a nice sense of purity, good mid-weight body, a great nose with distinctive floral notes and crushed spices, deep red fruits, and only a subtle sense of earth currently, very attractive.
