Friday, February 1, 2013 - Dinner at Elements with Gary, Tom and Jay (Princeton, NJ): Pregame with Gary, Tom, Jay before our dinner at Elements. Drank with a Neillon and Bonneau du Martray.
Really like this wine - perhaps I am biased as I had it at the domaine. Rich and full nose, peaches, citrus, faint smoke. Floral, mild oak, rich secondary fruits - lemon/citrus.
Drinks great now and should be good for another 5 years
