Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - Conventionally oxidised. No apple cider aromas. No brown colour. Seems like it would have always been in the rich side of the spectrum, abundant oak, late picked and caramelised fruit.
Update Day 3. Cork replaced and put in the refrigerator. WTF! Paler in colour. The usual broader fruit profile of Beaune but so much fresher. Fat, sweet apple, quince and pears. Long citrus finish. So much extract, classic white wine for red wine drinkers thing, and needs food, pork not fish. Is this the same wine I opened three days ago? Be warned and decant!
