Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Incredible "Gastro Pub" Dinner hosted by the Davidges (Princeton, NJ): First wine of the evening, served with a light version of pea soup (excellent) . Bottles in my cellar from release. Chilled, splash decant about 30 minutes prior to serving.

From notes in 2018: "Golden straw color. Nose has floral, pear and slight roasted or hazelnut aroma. Flavors of honey, citrus, medium oak. Lemon pie and smokiness are the signature on the mid and back palate..."

Great texture and depth. Rich and slightly buttery, great secondary notes of citrus, marzipan (?). Full bodied white, medium finish.

In a great spot, should go for a while but not likely to improve from here. Great showing on this evening
