Wednesday, October 3, 2007 - eRobert Parker Offline - Loire (Backstreet Wine Salon, Phoenix): Caramel, chalk, sea salt, limestone and tropical fruit. Nice depth and complexity. At this point, the wine is more put together than the Clos du Papillon of the same vintage. 13% alcohol.
