Saturday, November 22, 2008 - Diverse Loire Wines (My House (Portland, OR)): Very stinky on the nose. Smells of wet oak and wet wood in general, along with a rotten pear. Similar notes on the mid-palate as on the nose, with a bit more added complexity, but really not enjoyable to my palate. After seeing the notes here, I re-tasted this the next day and confirmed my note and score.
