Saturday, October 10, 2009 - Mature Bordeaux tasting (Le Papilion): Dark red color with an orange hue. Sweet nose with warm blackcurrant fruit, mint and raisin. Juicy and sweet blackcurrant fruit on the palate, some cedar wood and mint on the midpalate and finish. Exciting and fresh, yet a bit one dimensional.
