The wine shows high intensity, citrus, quince, lime fruit notes, nutty, ripe and fresh, nice yeast profile with some floral notes too.
Palate shows medium body, citrus notes, pear, quite spicy, a touch nutty, nice CO2, ripe apple notes, pear, balanced, long finish.
It changes a lot with time, so it would be interesting to see this in pairings.
