Friday, September 1, 2017 - First time trying this cute from Chartogne-Taillet. Consumed directly after their Le Rose and quite chilled from the ice bucket. Seems quite tight initially with a very low dosage signature. After some palate transition, and time in the glass - very quaffable, bright lemony and tart green apple acidity, lively bubbles, some minerals. Not overly complex on this showing but tasty and good value. Looking forward to trying again with a fresh palate and a slightly warmer temp on the bottle.
