Monday, June 1, 2020 - Last tasted this at a public tasting this past November. Same disgorgement too, January 2019. Dosage is 4-5 g/l, with mix of three cepages: Chard/PN/PM, 60% base 2016 plus reserve wines. I like this bottle. Mix of grapefruit, peach/apricot, savory apple, strawberry, lees, with some creamy tones (when it is warmer). I paid about $32 US for this and at this is a great example of grower Champagne that won't be hard on the wallet.
