Thursday, April 26, 2012 - Lovely nose of meat, lavender, and dusty earth, this has finesse and juiciness on the palate, and could certainly age. I wouldn't say more than 15 years, but could be wrong. Anyway, I now have a new idea for pairing with lamb dishes.
