Tuesday, June 23, 2015 - Tasted six months after first accessing by Coravin, this was perfectly preserved, with consistent notes. The fruit is ripe and sweet, without being over the top; the tannin doesn't seem to take over the way it did when last tasted though. Perfectly enjoyable, but I do palpably feel that while I still enjoy this style of wine once in a while, it's an increasingly rare craving that I have.
